    • This contest will run from 12:00am CST on Friday, November 23, 2018 until 12:00am CST on Tuesday, December 25, 2018.

      Eligibility:
    • This contest is void where prohibited by law.
    • To enter this contest you must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Employees, Affiliates and Representatives of Camfoxes.com are NOT eligible to participate.
    • Employees, Affiliates and Representatives of Chaturbate.com are NOT eligible to participate.
    • Models and Broadcasters of Chaturbate.com are NOT eligible to participate.

      Rules:
    • You may enter this drawing once each day.
    • You must use the same email address for all entries. If you enter with multiple email addresses your entries may be voided.
    • Any entries determined to be duplicate entries (more than once a day) will be voided and will be ineligible for the drawing.
    • Entry is absolutely, 100% free. There are no purchases required.
    • The It's A Camfoxes Christmas drawing requires your email address as a unique identifier for your entry. CamFoxes.com does not and will not send any email to email addresses used to enter the drawing with the following exceptions:
      • Camfoxes.com may choose to implement a confirmation email system for anti spam purposes. In that case the email address would be used to send a confirming email message to an email entered in the contest.
      • Camfoxes will use email to notify the winner of the drawing that they have won the contest.
    • To claim the prize the winner must have an active Chaturbate account with a verified email address that matches the email address entered in the drawing.     • Overall odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.

      Prizes:
    • There are 4 weekly drawing prizes of 100 tokens each. An entrant may win multiple weekly prizes.
    • There are 3 Grand Prizes to be awarded on Christmas day. Each entrant can win only 1 of the 3 Grand Prizes.
    • The 3 Grand Prizes will be awarded in the following order:
      • The first Christmas Day drawing winner will receive 2000 Chaturbate Tokens.
      • The second Christmas Day drawing winner will receive 3000 Chaturbate Tokens.
      • The third Christmas Day drawing winner will receive 5000 Chaturbate Tokens.
    • This prizes will be awarded in random drawings from all valid entries received during the contest period.
    • The drawing for all prizes will be conducted by an automated process.
    • The winning entrants will be notified via the email address used in the drawing so make sure you check the email address you enter before submitting your entry.
    • The winning entrants will have 24 hours to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed a new drawing for that particular prize will be held.
    • Winners will be notified via an email from the address of camfoxes.christmas(AT)gmail.com. Please make sure that you do not block this address.
    • The prizes may NOT be exchanged or transferred.
    • Chaturbate tokens are only good for use on Chaturbate.com and have no actual monetary value.

Other than a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable license to use the Virtual Money in the Service, you have no right or title in or to any such Virtual Money appearing or originating in the Service, or any other attributes associated with use of the Service or stored within the Service. We have the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate such Virtual Money as we see fit in our sole discretion, and we shall have no liability to you or anyone for the exercise of such rights. Transfers of Virtual Money are strictly prohibited except where explicitly authorized within the Service. Except as expressly provided otherwise herein, you may not sell any Virtual Money for “real-world” money or otherwise exchange such items for value. Any attempt to do so is in violation of this Agreement and may result in a lifetime ban from the Site and possible legal action. All Virtual Money that has not been purchased directly by you (e.g., tips from other users, referral commissions, etc.) is forfeited if your account is terminated or suspended for any reason, in our sole and absolute discretion, or if we discontinue providing the Service.
    • Tipping. The Site may, but is not obligated to, permit tipping of age-verified Contributors through the Service. To the extent that we decide to permit tipping, you acknowledge and agree that:
    • Tipping is done at your own option and risk. Tipping is not required for use of the Service.
    • Tipping may only be done using Virtual Money. Contributors may not solicit tips though means of payment other than Virtual Money.
    • Tips are a voluntary gratuity and may not be given in exchange for specific services. Promising to give a tip in exchange for performance of any act is strictly prohibited, and such conduct will result in an immediate and lifetime ban from use of the Service.
    • All tips are chargeable when made. We will not return a tip made from your account except in situations that are deemed by us, in our sole and absolute discretion, to be extraordinary.
    • Tipping does not alter our code of conduct. Giving or receiving tips in exchange for actual or promised conduct in violation of this Agreement is prohibited.

      Legal Stuff:
    • Chaturbate.com and the Chaturbate Logo are registered items that are the sole property of Chaturbate.com and are used with the permission of Chaturbate.com.
    • Camfoxes.com has an affiliate relationship with Chaturbate.com as outlined in Chaturbate Terms. Camfoxes.com is an individual entity with no relation, other then the affiliate relationship, to Chaturbate.com and is solely responsible for any activity that occurs on Camfoxes.com.
